Pretty Pink Posh January Product Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome! It's day three of the Pretty Pink Posh January Release Blog Hop. (click here to see the new release) This release is all about Valentine's and the season of love. If I'm being honest, Valentine cards are my absolute favorite type of card to make. I just adore a traditional red and pink color palette for Valentine's Day. You will see that plenty in the cards I'm sharing today. But first a little giveaway business... be sure to leave a comment to be entered in the giveaway for a $30 gift certificate. Now on to what you're here for, the project inspiration! I have made a coordinating card duo to share that feature the new Fox Holder & Valentine Additions Holder die sets in action. 

You can create the sweetest foxes with new Fox Holder die set. The fox is such a fun size at 4 inches tall and is the perfect focal point for an A2 size card. I die cut the female fox body from kraft card stock and then lightly shaded the edges with some Spiced Catherine Pooler ink. The male fox is die cut from a rusty brown card stock. I also shaded the edges with the CP Spiced ink to add a bit of depth and dimension. For the white areas, I used warm grey Copics to add shading. I used R00 & R21 to add the rosy cheeks. 

Here's a break down of all the Pretty Pink Posh products I used to create these cards. Each item is linked to the individual product page in the PPP shop. 

• Fox Holder dies - this set contains all the pieces needed to make the fox
• Valentine Holder Additions dies - this set includes all the accessories for the fox (I used the flowers, bow, basket, and little hearts)
• XOXO Pierced Plate die - used to create the XOXO patterned on the pink background panels
• Valentine Greetings stamp set & coordinating dies - for "hugs & kisses" and "be mine" sentiments
• Eyelet Oval dies - I used the largest in the set to create the scalloped oval window on the hugs & kisses card
• Valentine Hearts Clay Confetti - used for the flower centers
