Hello there!
I'm sharing a fun Halloween shaker card made with some new goodies I recently purchased from The Stamp Market.
I have been loving all the pink trending in Halloween color palettes lately. I see it in home decor and in paper crafting these days and I'm not mad about it. Pink is the new purple for Halloween! I think the addition of pink helps to create a more whimsical and sweet vibe rather than spooky and that's what I was going for with this card design.
For this mini slimline design, I started with an ink blended background. From top to bottom I used Kitsch Flamingo, Tattered Rose, Carved Pumpkin, and Ripe Persimmon.
I created a fun shaker element with the Spooky Cute Sequin Mix and Cauldron Shaker Die. I adhered together 4 layers of the die cut cauldron to make the shaker well. This seemed to create a deep enough well to allow room for the sequin mix to move around.
Once I had the cauldron shaker in place, I stamped the witch's to do list right above it. This stamp comes from the Witch Pleeease stamp set. Also from this stamp set, I used the witch hat and broom images. I added some cute ghosts and a spider web from Boo & Stuff die set.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have witchingly wonderful day! :)
