I have a fall slimline card to share featuring the sweet images from Harvest Mice.

The mice are hanging out in the pumpkin patch enjoying a lovely fall day. These beautiful pumpkin images come from a layering stamp set called Pretty Pumpkins. I used the following ink colors from Altenew for stamping the pumpkins and leaves: Moss, Olive, Parrot, Bamboo, Paper Bag, Caramel Toffee, Warm Sunshine, Buttercream, Marigold Snapdragon, Chamomile, Sunray.

I stamped the mice with Nuvo Hybrid Acorn Brown ink and used Copics to color them.  

Below is a list of all the Copics I used.

• mice bodies - W0, W2, W4, W6
• cheeks and ears - R00, R20
• orange pumpkins - YR21, YR12, YR18
• cheese - Y21, Y23, Y26
• teal Sweater - BG01, BG02, BG05

To create the scalloped frame and "hello" die cut, I used a new stand alone die set called Slimline Scalloped Frame.

My Favorite Things - MFT & Friends August Release

Hello crafty friends! I'm happy to be joining MFT and friends for the spook-tac-ular August release! You'll find the entire August release here.  Included in the release are some super fun Halloween stamps and dies.  

I can't lie, I'm such a sucker for all things Halloween. I've created a slimline design to share today which features a sweet set called Halloween Hoo. 

My slimline card base measures 8.5" tall by 3.5" wide.  I have covered the entire card front with many layers of die cut clouds. To create these layers, I used the new Stitched Rolling Cloud Edges. To color my cloud layers, I used a combo of Wilted Violet and Black Soot Distress Oxides.  I also splattered the clouds with thinned black and white paint.

I Copic colored the images from Halloween Hoo. All colors used are listed below:

• owl faces - E41, R00
• owl bodies - E70, E71, E74
• black - N2, N4, N6
• shading for white ghost & mummy - C00, C1, C3
• brown tree branches - W1, W4
• orange - YR21, YR12, YR18
• green - YG11, YG13, YG18
• purple - V12, V15, V17

I white heat embossed the sentiment onto some orange card stock and trimmed into thin strips.  These sentiment stamps are included in the Halloween Hoo set. There's some small star stamps in the set too so I decided to stamp just a few randomly around the scene.  

Hello Bluebird - Fairy Glade Slimline Card

Hello everyone! I’m so happy to be back on the Hello Bluebird blog and sharing some inspiration from the latest release. I have created a magical slimline card to showcase some of the new sets.
